Britt is a Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Body Design by Britt. Shes provides in-person, 1 on 1, small group, and online training services. She also shares her love for healthy cooking by offering meal planning. Brittney is passionate about all things health and fitness. With over 5 years of training under her belt, she’s found a niche with young moms looking to get back in shape before, during, and after pregnancies.
Brittney promotes beauty and body confidence in her clients, avoiding all things “skinny” or “diet”, and promoting strength and a whole foods approach to eating.
